JOB SUMMARY
We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Specialist to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying organized, working with inventory systems, and staying active throughout the day. You’ll play a key role in keeping inventory accurate, supporting daily warehouse operations, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Accurately enter and maintain inventory data using Excel and internal systems
- Track, update, and monitor inventory levels to ensure accuracy
- Load, stack, and organize materials and products on pallets
- Safely lift, move, and handle materials up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Assist with general warehouse organization and cleanliness
- Support daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and workflow
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Basic to intermediate computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to consistently lift and move items up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks (lifting, twisting, bending)
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, warehouse environment
- Reliable transportation required
