Job Description

PRODUCTION ASSISTANT
Monday - Thursday 
5:00 am - 3:30 pm 
$15.00 per hour 
 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Report to the Production Supervisor, General Manager, and Owner to complete assigned tasks.
  • Start, continue, and complete all weave tickets.
  • Notify the Production Supervisor of machinery issues or malfunctions.
  • Assist in machinery troubleshooting.
  • Support Shipping/Receiving as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
  • Collaborate with machine operators to maintain production flow.
  • Assist with automation processes as implemented.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
  • Physically capable of performing strenuous and repetitive tasks.
  • Willingness to perform manual labor in a production environment.
  • Reliable and team-oriented.
  • Must be dependable with a flexible attitude toward overtime.
