MOLDER
Monday – Friday
1:45 pm – 10:15 pm, overtime is mandatory
$18.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Accurately count, measure, weigh, and mix materials.
- Prepare molding equipment and materials for daily production.
- Load reinforcing medium and resin or pre-mix charges into molding equipment.
- Execute molding cycles and make minor adjustments for quality control.
- Unload finished parts and inspect for quality compliance.
- Learn and follow hazardous material handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness in work areas and around equipment.
- Safely operate tools and equipment including sanders and scarifiers.
- Identify and understand different mixes and materials.
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards consistently.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Prepare routine reports and correspondence.
- Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers.
- Follow detailed written and oral instructions using sound judgment and common sense.
- Solve problems involving a limited number of variables in standardized situations.
- Maintain strong attention to detail.
- Perform basic math functions (add, subtract, multiply, divide) using whole numbers and standard units of measure.
- Use measuring tapes and other measuring/recording instruments.
- Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Use hands and fingers to handle, feel, and reach; operate tools, objects, and controls.
- Speak and hear clearly in a work environment.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
- Must pass a pre-employment math test.
- Steel toe boots are required.
