Monday - Friday
6:30 am - 4:30 pm, mandatory overtime as needed
$15.00 per hour or DOE
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for helping to assemble the equipment, load the kettles and provide relief to the Cook Lead
- Help verify product ingredients before adding to the kettle
- Follow the cook directions thoroughly
- Assembly of the Kettles, Pumps, and Piping
- Help with rework in the Packaging Room
- Follow the Cook Lead’s instruction to ensure efficient production
- Work safely while lifting and operating equipment
- Perform duties while understanding and observing company policies on food safety, product quality and Good Manufacturing Practices
- Maintain the cleanliness of the Kettle Room
- Other job duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform basic reading and math computations needed for following the cook directions.
- 1 -2 years’ experience in a food manufacturing facility, preferred
