LINE COOK
Monday - Friday
6:30 am - 4:30 pm, mandatory overtime as needed
$15.00 per hour or DOE
 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  •  Responsible for helping to assemble the equipment, load the kettles and provide relief to the Cook Lead 
  •  Help verify product ingredients before adding to the kettle
  •  Follow the cook directions thoroughly
  •  Assembly of the Kettles, Pumps, and Piping
  •  Help with rework in the Packaging Room
  •  Follow the Cook Lead’s instruction to ensure efficient production
  •  Work safely while lifting and operating equipment
  •  Perform duties while understanding and observing company policies on food safety, product quality and Good Manufacturing Practices
  •  Maintain the cleanliness of the Kettle Room
  •  Other job duties as assigned
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  •  Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  •  Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent
  •  Ability to perform basic reading and math computations needed for following the cook directions.
  •  1 -2 years’ experience in a food manufacturing facility, preferred
