ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Performs machine and saw operations to support the assembly floor.
- Performs basic machine functions.
- Conducts set-up and operates a variety of basic fabricating devices such as the Looper, CNC, VCC, AVN, T-8, Carousel, 5088, Pourline cut-off saw, side trimmers, band saw, and other technical and non-technical machines.
- Verifies conformance to specifications using a tape measure.
- Reads work orders to specifications.
- Stages product in designated areas.
- Identifies and/or records any problems related to the product, process, and the quality system.
- Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition.
- Follow 5s and Safety policies and procedures.
- Other duties, as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year factory-related experience
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to read measuring devices
