Job Description

MACHINE OPERATOR
Monday - Friday 
6:00 am - 4:30 pm 
$15.50 per hour
 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
 
  • Set up and operate CNC and other manufacturing equipment to complete machining tasks (turning, boring, facing, threading) 
  • Load materials and verify measurements using tape measures and gauges 
  • Monitor machine controls and displays to ensure proper settings, speeds, and accuracy 
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and specification standards 
  • Perform routine quality checks and assist with equipment cleaning and changeovers 
  • Track material usage, reduce waste, and ensure tools/measuring devices are properly calibrated 
  • Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area 
  • Complete required production paperwork and data entry accurately 
  • Work as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS 
 
  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • 0–2 years of manufacturing or machining experience preferred 
  • Strong attention to detail and quality 
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines 
  • Comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs 
  • Commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork
