PULTRUSION OPERATOR
Monday - Friday
10:45 pm - 7:15 am, must be able to work overtime and weekends
$17.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Operate pultrusion lines by following engineering diagrams and material setup instructions
- Master all Creel Associate and Cut/Take-Off Operator duties
- Accurately count, measure, and weigh materials
- Ensure quality, safety, and customer service standards are met
- Understand and apply company-specific material mixes and IDs
- Handle and store hazardous materials properly
- Identify and locate part numbers and pultrusion line materials
- Set up machines and maintain consistent, on-time material delivery
- Communicate effectively with team members and shift personnel
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, procedures, and technical documents
- Ability to write basic reports and communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors
- Use basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) in standard units of measure
- Follow detailed written and verbal instructions
- Problem-solve within standardized processes and guidelines
- Regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs; occasionally lift/move up to 100 lbs
