MACHINE OPERATOR: RUBBER OPERATOR
Monday–Friday
5:00 am – 3:30 pm, Saturdays as needed
$17.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Operate machinery including injection and compression presses, hoists, pallet jacks, and hydraulic lift tables
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Use calipers, scales, and rulers to ensure product quality
- Follow standard operating procedures and wear required PPE at all times
- Accurately input production data into the MRP system
- Transport materials and maintain clear product identification and traceability
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Support preventative maintenance and participate in safety and quality audits
- Perform other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and lift/push up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working near machinery and industrial chemicals while wearing PPE
- Basic computer, math, and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Eligible for forklift certification
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
