MACHINIST II
Monday - Friday
2:45 pm - 11:15 pm
$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Sets up machine requiring the interaction of several variables
- Loads material into the machine, manually cycles, and unloads finished product
- May perform additional operations manually or using simple machines
- Routinely checks product against gauges and sets up accordingly
- Maintains shop order forms and area measures
- Reports operation completion through data collection system and forwards work order package to supervisor for next workstation
- Performs first article inspections
- Maintains a clean and safe working environment
- Performs other tasks and projects as assigned
- Follows company policies and procedures
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Moderate to heavy lifting (20-50 lbs.)
- Ability to stand up to 8 hours
- Wear personal protective equipment as required by company policies
- Must have a High School education or GED equivalent
- Must have basic machining experience
