MAINTENANCE PROJECT COORDINATOR
Monday - Friday
8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Pay based on experience
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Maintain data and compile reports to meet federal and state environmental regulations
- Receive and review work notifications for completeness; follow up with requestors as needed
- Collect and review completed work orders; record and report required information
- Keep accurate and up-to-date maintenance department files, both physical and electronic
- Schedule, print, and distribute weekly preventive maintenance (PM) jobs
- Serve in a Master Data role for ISO forms and equipment/PM job creation
- Maintain task documents within the system
- Order and research parts and services as requested
- Support ISO 9000 compliance by attending meetings and maintaining procedures
- Follow all required safety regulations and participate on the safety team
- Perform additional related duties as assigned by department supervision
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance or manufacturing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Familiarity with maintenance software (e.g., PM scheduling, work order history) preferred
