MANUFACTURING COST ANALYST
Monday – Friday
8:00 am – 5:00 pm
$85k - $90k plus 10 % bonus DOE
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Analyze Manufacturing operating data including material/labor/overhead variances and trend analysis
- Evaluate product cost efficiencies and standard vs actual cost productivity analysis
- Assist with monthly accounting close and account reconciliations
- Assist in the data gathering and preparation of Monthly Management Reporting Package
- Assist the SVP Operations and CFO in preparing the annual business plan and quarterly reforecast for Manufacturing, and projecting monthly/quarterly results
- Support the CFO/SVP in capital acquisition business case preparation & analysis; support business cases for Lease/Buy decisions
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Five (5) to ten (10) years of experience working in a Manufacturing environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to implement continuous process improvement initiatives
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
