Job Description

MEAT PROCESSOR
Monday - Friday 
10 hour shifts
6:00 am start time
$14.00 per hour
 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Trimming to remove fat, hide, defects or contamination from muscle and tissues.
  • Supporting roles in the processing of beef.
  • General use of a knife or other tools.
  • Weighing, labeling, bagging, packing and boxing finished product.
  • Ensuring food safety and quality.
  • Cleanliness and housekeeping while maintaining a safe working environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
  • Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs.
