Monday – Friday
5:45 am – 2:15 pm, overtime is mandatory
$15.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Requires the ability to count, measure, weigh, and mix materials accurately.
- Position requires quality oriented, safety minded, and service-oriented individuals.
- Requires learning/knowledge of hazardous material handling.
- Preparation of molding equipment for daily operations.
- Responsible for preparing reinforcing medium and resin for molding.
- Load reinforcing medium and resin or premi charges of prescribed amount into molding equipment and carries out prescribed molding cycles.
- Make minor adjustments to equipment, charge and/or cycle to obtain a quality product.
- Unload the part from the molding equipment, ensuring the part meets quality standards.
- This position must learn and understand mixes and material identification.
- Housekeeping in and around molds, buildings on a daily basis, and wherever it is required.
- Proper and safe use of all equipment used on a daily basis (sander, scarfire, etc.)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and/or correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively to managers and co-workers of the organization.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed and uninvolved written or oral instructions.
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Ability to use basic math skills such as add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure using whole numbers.
- Ability to use measuring tapes and other recording instruments is required.
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
