Job Description

MATERIAL PREP
Monday - Thursday, mandatory overtime as needed. 
5:00 pm - 5:30 am. 
Train on days. 
5:00 am - 5:30 pm. 
$18.18 per hour.

 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
 
  • Mixes various raw materials from resin mixes according to specific guidelines and standard operating instructions
  • Selects, cuts, and organizes acrylic sheet stock utilizing daily production schedule and according to specific guidelines and standard operating instructions
  • Operates PIV according to specific guidelines
  • Distributes raw materials, supplies, or component parts to appropriate production areas
  • Maintains work area in a safe, clean, and organized condition
  • Maintains accurate accountability of raw materials and production supplies
  • Operates powered hand tools and specialized manufacturing equipment safely and according to standard operating instructions
  • Use scanner to scan tickets and input to computer
  • Performs all duties as assigned by supervision
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
 
  • Must be able to read, interpret and apply specific work instructions to a high degree of accuracy and completeness
  • Must possess good attention to detail and judgment when making operational decisions
  • Effective at time management and prioritizing work requirements
  • Coordinates individual activities with production needs according to a predetermined schedule and event timing
  • Must be able to safely operate PIV. 
  • Must obtain driver’s license through driver training as required
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Must be physically able to repetitively lift up to 50lbs
