NIGHT SANITATION TECHNICIAN

Monday – Friday Occasional Saturdays

8:00 pm – 6:00 am

$17.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Verifies and documents chemical concentrations during cleanups.

• Maintains organized records for swabbing, cleaning schedules and other documentation

• Develop and document cleanup procedures for all areas

• Maintains cleanup chemical and supply storage area

• Disassembles/Reassembles food processing equipment without damage to that equipment

• Cleans equipment with proper, approved techniques

• Attends and completes chemical safety training

• Demonstrates knowledge of MSDS sheets

• Reports any damaged or faulty equipment

• Spot cleans during production shifts-all departments

• Completely sanitizes non-operating equipment

• Assists all departments in maintaining USDA approved sanitation standards

• Must assist with tear-downs/cleanup associated with regulatory and internal inspections

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to demonstrate the ability to perform the essential and non-essential tasks related to the job.

• Must be able to routinely be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Must have excellent communication skills.

• Willing to perform duties assigned and manage multiple priorities.
