PACKAGING ASSOCIATE
Olfactory Room 
10-12 hour shifts
Monday - Friday
6:00 am - 6:00 pm
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour, DOE
 
JOB DESCRIPTION 
 
The Olfactory Room Packaging Associate plays a crucial role in our company's production process by ensuring the proper packaging and boxing of our olfactory products. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality and efficiency standards of our packaging operations.
 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
 
  • Packaging and Boxing: Execute the packaging and boxing of olfactory products according to company standards and guidelines.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all packaged products meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records of packaging materials and finished products.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines related to packaging operations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and address any issues or concerns related to packaging processes promptly.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide suggestions for process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to packaging activities accurately.
 
JOB REQUIRMENTS 
 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills for inventory management and counting purposes.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends as needed.
  • Physical ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
