JOB DESCRIPTION
The Olfactory Room Packaging Associate plays a crucial role in our company's production process by ensuring the proper packaging and boxing of our olfactory products. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality and efficiency standards of our packaging operations.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Packaging and Boxing: Execute the packaging and boxing of olfactory products according to company standards and guidelines.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all packaged products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records of packaging materials and finished products.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Compliance: Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines related to packaging operations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and address any issues or concerns related to packaging processes promptly.
- Continuous Improvement: Provide suggestions for process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to packaging activities accurately.
JOB REQUIRMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and counting purposes.
- Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends as needed.
- Physical ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
