Job Description

PARTS ASSOCIATE
Tuesday - Friday
9:00 am - 5:00 pm
$14.00 per hour 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Assist customers with parts inquiries, product selection, and order processing. 
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to support business needs. 
  • Source and order parts from vendors while ensuring cost-effective purchasing practices. 
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts for accuracy, quality, and completeness. 
  • Track and coordinate shipments to ensure the timely delivery of parts and materials. 
  • Collaborate with service and operations teams to identify parts requirements for repairs and maintenance. 
  • Resolve customer and vendor concerns related to orders, availability, pricing, and delivery. 
  • Organize and maintain the parts department to ensure efficiency and accuracy. 
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. 
  • Previous experience in parts sales, inventory control, customer service, or a related field preferred. 
  • Knowledge of RV, automotive, or equipment parts is a plus. 
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience with inventory management systems preferred. 
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities. 
  • Ability to lift, move, and organize parts and inventory as needed.
