Monday – Thursday, mandatory overtime as needed
5:00 pm - 5:30 am
Train on 1st shift: 5:00 am - 5:30 pm
$18.18 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Uses buffing compound, rouge, and pneumatic buffers, associate buffs finished units to an acceptable surface appearance and gloss
- Visually inspects parts before and after buffing to ensure that no defective units are processed or released for packing
- Apply clear tape to all rim and bench surfaces of units
- Communicate inspection results
- Maintains accurate count of pieces processed
- Maintains work area, e.g. cleans up, keeps materials, equipment, etc. in clean working condition
- Practices and follows all required safety regulations
- Performs all duties as assigned by supervision
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Requires moderate physical demand
- Ability to process a designated number of units
- Must be able to routinely lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work scheduled overtime and possibility of reduced work hours
