ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN / PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE

7:00 am - 3:30 pm
$20.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Assemble walls, roofs, floors, and related components.
- Follow assembly instructions, blueprints, and production specifications.
- Use hand tools, air tools, and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Accurately measure materials and components using a tape measure.
- Work with fractions and measurements to ensure proper fit and assembly.
- Maintain quality standards throughout the assembly process.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist with general facility maintenance and housekeeping as needed.
- Meet production goals while maintaining workmanship standards.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, construction, carpentry, or related experience preferred.
- Candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Able to read and interpret assembly instructions, drawings, and blueprints.
- Must be comfortable working with measurements, fractions, and basic shop math.
- Able to accurately read a tape measure.
- Able to lift up to 20 pounds regularly.
