PRODUCTION CONCRETE WORKER

6:00 am - until job is complete
$18.47 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Assist in the production of concrete utility products in a manufacturing environment.
- Pour, spread, finish, and prepare concrete according to production specifications.
- Set up and remove forms, molds, and reinforcement materials.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Measure materials and verify dimensions using a tape measure.
- Inspect finished products for quality and report any defects or concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Assist with material handling, loading, and other production duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Previous manufacturing or general labor experience required; concrete production experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand basic work instructions in English preferred (Spanish-speaking applicants are encouraged to apply).
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure and use basic hand tools.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and perform physically demanding work, including standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motions.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance are required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
