JOB REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience.
8–10 years of production experience, including prior quality management or supervisory background.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing/walking for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in varying physical positions.
Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and SQF standards.
Excellent communication skills and ability to respond promptly to emails and operational needs.
Proven ability to lead teams, enforce safety regulations, and maintain compliance with environmental and industrial standards.
