Operate and monitor production line equipment downstream of the checkweigher to ensure efficient production.
Perform equipment setup, changeovers, and cleaning between production runs.
Conduct minor troubleshooting and adjustments to maintain line performance.
Monitor product quality and identify any production issues.
Perform routine inspections to ensure equipment is operating safely and effectively.
Maintain accurate production records and report equipment concerns promptly.
Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
Assist with general production duties as needed to meet operational goals.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
Mechanical aptitude required, including the ability to troubleshoot production equipment, make minor repairs, and perform machine adjustments with minimal supervision.
