PRODUCTION OPERATOR
Monday - Friday 
6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Operate and monitor production line equipment
  • Start, adjust, regulate, and stop machines as needed
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance
  • Inspect product to ensure quality standards are met
  • Remove defective product or packaging material
  • Record production and packaging data accurately
  • Read work orders and production schedules
  • Use internal ERP system for production tracking
  • Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 6+ months of manufacturing experience (food manufacturing preferred)
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for 8–10 hours per shift
  • Comfortable climbing short ladders (2–10 ft.)
  • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
