Job Description
HARVESTING POSITIONS
Monday – Friday
7:00 am – 3:30 pm
$14.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Trimming to remove fat, hide, defects or contamination from muscle and tissues
- Supporting roles in the processing of beef
- General use of a knife or other tools
- Weighing, labeling, bagging, packing, and boxing finished product
- Ensuring food safety and quality
- Cleanliness and housekeeping while maintaining a safe working environment
- Exposure to wet and/or humid conditions with slippery surfaces at varied heights
- PPE which is required in all areas of the facility
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to lift 40-65 lbs
- Knife experience required
