PRODUCTION SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

8:00 am - 5:00 pm
$17.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, chat, or email (domestic and international).
- Issue Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and determine product replacement needs.
- Handle receiving and return materials per Quality Management System (QMS) guidelines.
- Conduct product inspection and testing.
- Assist with customer complaints and ensure proper documentation and resolution.
- Utilize ERP systems for data entry, product tracking, and inventory management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the product and work areas.
- Discard office and warehouse trash daily.
- Support monthly inventory processes and participate in physical counts.
- Contribute to general office, grounds, and equipment maintenance.
- Participate in quality and process improvement initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in technical support, customer service, or production support preferred.
- Basic understanding of Quality Management Systems and ERP systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures.
- Willingness to learn about global medical device regulations and quality systems.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 25 lbs] and perform light physical labor.
