JOB SUMMARY
The Project Manager will oversee project execution by effectively communicating with customers, suppliers, and production teams. This role ensures high-quality product delivery in the most efficient manner, maintaining strong client relationships to support business growth and profitability.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Oversee project timelines, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Interpret construction documents, including contract drawings and specifications, to determine project scope within the steel industry.
- Coordinate purchasing, engineering drawings, and subcontractor drawings.
- Maintain organized records and documentation to streamline project execution.
- Utilize technology and software tools to manage project data and reporting.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Experience with AutoCAD, FabTrol, and Strumis is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents and project specifications.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
