ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Serve as the site-level lead for the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) program.
- Implement and enforce quality assurance and quality control policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements through risk assessment and mitigation.
- Support and maintain QHSE management systems and drive continual program improvement.
- Collect, analyze, and report QHSE metrics; support internal and external audits.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, including training sessions, assessments, and safety meetings.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and hazard prevention.
- Oversee product inspection, testing, and validation to ensure compliance with standards and customer specifications.
- Collaborate with operations and project management teams on nonconformities and corrective actions.
- Act as a liaison for vendor inspections, providing feedback and driving quality solutions.
- Provide technical mentorship and training to QHSE and operational teams.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role and industry.
- Proficient in related products, services, and applicable industry standards/specifications.
- Experience with ISO 9001, OSS, OCTG, and API standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Technical training or certifications preferred (e.g., NDE, ASNT/ASME, OSHA, HSE, EMS, CSP).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to develop and implement effective systems.
- Ability to work independently, manage complex tasks, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
