REGIONAL CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Travel required to job sites (Company vehicle provided)
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Manage multiple Department Managers within the assigned area.
- Oversee customer relationships and ensure the successful completion of all jobs.
- Coordinate with the VP of Construction on work requirements.
- Ensure all jobs meet timeliness and quality standards.
- Maintain profitability within assigned areas.
- Supervise 2 to 6 direct management reports.
- Conduct regular supervision and quality inspections at job sites.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience.
- Experience with Telephone/Fiber is essential.
- Ability to oversee a range of workers and manage multiple projects.
- Must be based in San Angelo, Texas.
- Willingness to travel to various job locations as needed.
- Driving a vehicle to job sites.
- Utilizing a computer for pulling reports.
- Minimal walking at job sites for supervision and inspections.
- Occasional light lifting, pushing, and pulling as required.
