Lead the implementation and enforcement of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) policies at the site level.
Collaborate throughout the inspection, testing, and validation of products and services to ensure compliance with quality standards, purchase orders, and customer specifications.
Provide clear recommendations and lead resolution efforts on inspections not meeting requirements.
Oversee QHSE system maintenance, internal audits, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with regulatory and customer requirements.
Serve as a liaison during vendor inspections and outsourced operations (e.g., machining, threading, NDT), ensuring quality expectations are met.
Identify nonconformities, drive corrective action plans, and verify their effectiveness.
Mentor and provide technical training to internal teams to enhance quality performance and compliance.
Foster a culture of safety awareness, accountability, and continuous improvement across the workforce.
Track, report, and analyze QHSE metrics to support strategic planning and decision-making.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
10+ years of experience in QHSE roles with strong technical exposure to the tubular industry.
Proven expertise in product inspection, testing, validation, and resolution of nonconforming activities.
Demonstrated experience with machining, threading, NDT, and other outsourced operations relevant to tubular products.
Solid knowledge of ISO 9001, OSS, OCTG, and API quality standards.
Technical certifications in NDE, ASNT/ASME, OSHA, HSE, EMS, or CSP preferred.
Ability to develop and implement technical training and quality improvement initiatives.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Strong communication and leadership skills; able to drive cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving.
