ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Outgoing Lead Generation Calls:
- Proactively make calls to generate leads, focusing on high volume and quality outreach.
- Identify Key Decision Makers:
- Target and identify key decision-makers and influencers in potential client organizations.
- Gather Contact Information:
- Obtain accurate and relevant contact details of potential leads.
- Understand Client Needs:
- Engage with leads to understand their equipment needs, including future purchases, sales, trades, or replacements.
- Information Dissemination:
- Efficiently communicate with leads through email, text, or messaging to provide relevant information.
- Lead Qualification:
- Evaluate and qualify leads to ensure they align with our business goals and product offerings.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- This is an entry-level position, suitable for individuals new to sales or the industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is beneficial but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Quick learner with a passion for sales and customer relations.
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
- Comprehensive training provided in sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry insights.
- Regular feedback and performance reviews to aid in skill development.
- Performance Metrics Performance will be evaluated based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as the number of calls made, emails sent, leads generated, and conversion rates.
