ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Recruit, interview, screen, and place qualified candidates.
- Post and manage job advertisements through multiple recruiting sources.
- Coordinate interviews, background checks, drug screens, onboarding, and new hire documentation.
- Maintain accurate applicant, employee, client, and recruiting records in company software.
- Process weekly payroll and client invoicing accurately and timely.
- Communicate with applicants, employees, clients, and internal team members by phone, email, text, and in person.
- Partner with the Area Account Executive to support existing clients and assist with business development activities.
- Conduct follow-up with employees and clients to ensure successful placements and resolve issues.
- Maintain confidentiality while following company policies and employment regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2 yrs experience in one or more of the following: customer service, front office, medical office, human resources, hotel front desk agent
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
