ELECTRICAL ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN
Monday - Friday, mandatory overtime as needed
6:00 am - 6:00 pm
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Interpret and follow electrical blueprints, diagrams, and schematic drawings to determine required materials for control panel and electrical equipment assembly
- Assemble control panels and electrical equipment according to specifications and quality standards
- Use and operate testing equipment, including voltmeters, to verify proper electrical function
- Test completed control panels and equipment to ensure correct operation and performance
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues during startup and post-installation
- Work collaboratively with the assembly team and participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) as required
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support manufacturing operations
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Associate Degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge and experience with 480 VAC three-phase systems
- Knowledge and experience with 24 VDC systems
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- High level of initiative, dependability, and accountability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
