Job Description

TECHNICIAN 
Monday - Thursday or 
Tuesday - Friday 
6:00 am - 4:30 pm 
$17.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Assemble, load, and inspect components (CADs, impulse cartridges and squibs) following detailed work instructions 
  • Perform precision assembly tasks such as inserting components, crimping, sealing, and torque verification 
  • Complete final assembly of products to meet quality standards 
  • Handle specialized materials used in aircraft safety and emergency systems 
  • Maintain accurate production, inspection, and traceability records 
  • Support rework, scrap processing, and proper disposal of materials 
  • Follow safety procedures, including ESD, FOD, and explosive material handling guidelines 
  • Use microscopes and hand tools to complete detailed assembly work

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Read and follow technical drawings and assembly instructions 
  • Experience using hand tools such as screwdrivers, torque tools, and microscopes 
  • Comfortable lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs as needed 
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an ATF explosive handler license 
  • Soldering experience is a plus
