WAREHOUSE
Monday – Friday
8:00 am - 5:00 pm
$14.50 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Loading and Handling boxes to and from the racks
- Processing all internal moves including pulling material from one location and storing it in another location.
- Communicate difficult issues or problems to manager.
- Utilize mobile communication equipment in a safe and practical way following company policies and standards.
- Utilize handheld bar code scanner and related PC as required with Company inventory systems.
- Responsible for organizing, loading, and unloading material as required at company with the use of flatbeds and hand trucks.
- Observe safety procedures and report any safety issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work in a production-oriented environment and perform against established performance standards.
- Able to work in a physically demanding environment that includes climbing stairs, ability to lift materials weighing up to 40 pounds, and using electric and manual pallet jacks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Applicants should be able to complete paperwork accurately and completely and understand the importance of detail and accuracy.
- Valid forklift certification – Training will be provided by company
- Ability to adhere to and enforce all security procedures.
- Willingness to work overtime as required.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Past warehouse experience in a service industry and/or a team focused environment preferred but not required for position.
