Job Description

WAREHOUSE ORDER PULLER
Monday - Friday 
7:30 am - 4:30 pm 
$16.00 per hour
 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS 

  • Pull and fulfill orders accurately using pick tickets, ensuring correct products, quantities, and specifications
  • Select, pack, label, and prepare materials for shipment following company procedures and FIFO guidelines
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders
  • Transport materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks and forklifts
  • Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and proper stock rotation
  • Record shipping and receiving data, including weights, damages, and discrepancies
  • Operate warehouse systems (ERP, handheld devices, or kiosks) for tracking materials and orders
  • Inspect products for quality standards and remove defective items as needed
  • Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety and sanitation standards
  • Report equipment issues, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns to management
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Forklift certification preferred or required
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and FIFO practices
  • Basic math and computer skills for data entry and order processing
  • Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment preferred
  • Capability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
  • Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to workplace safety
