WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
Monday – Friday 
7:30 am – 4:00 pm 
$25.00 per hour
 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Assists Management with hiring and training of new employees.
  • Hands on Supervisor:  Applicant with work with the Warehouse Staff as needed.
  • Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
  • Receives and records new inventory as it is delivered; inspects and stores it according to policy.
  • Conducts physical inventory, compares results to computerized inventory, and reconciles any differences.
  • Assists with Inventory Control and Re-stock as needed.
  • Ensures that all stock is stored in correct locations in the warehouse.
  • Transfers inventory to trucks for delivery in a timely manner and according to schedule.
  • Supervise and Assist the unloading of Ocean Freight Containers and organizing placement into Warehouse
  • Monitors expenditures (such as packaging material, Maintenance of equipment and operating expenses); implements corrective actions if needed.
  • Enforces operating instructions and safety policies.
  • Resolves routine equipment issues.
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to anticipate and solve problems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Associate degree in Business or similar discipline required.
  • At least six months of experience in distribution or manufacturing required.
  • Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to read a tape measure.
