WASHROOM TECHNICIAN

Monday - Friday

7:00 am - 3:30 pm, mandatory overtime as needed

$11.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Assembly of the Kettles, Pumps, and Piping

• Wash the dirty equipment

• Follow the Cook Lead’s instruction to ensure efficient production

• Work safely while lifting and operating equipment

• Perform duties while understanding and observing company policies on food safety, product quality and Good Manufacturing Practices

• Understanding of the company’s HACCP Plan, GMP’s, and SSOP’s

• Maintain the cleanliness of the Wash room

• Other job duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent

• 1 to 2 years experience in a food manufacturing facility preferred

• Ability to work in a production environment that can be slippery and wet with temperature varying from cold to hot

• Lift up to 50 pounds
