            <description><![CDATA[<div><span><strong>MIG WELDER</strong></span></div><div><span>Monday - Friday</span></div><div><span>7:00 am - 4:00 pm</span></div><div><span>$20.00 per hour</span></div><div><span>&nbsp;</span></div><div><span><strong>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS</strong></span></div><ul type="disc"><li><span>Read blueprints, drawings, and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures</span></li><li><span>Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements</span></li><li><span>Set up components for welding according to specifications (e.g., cut material, roll material, weld material)&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded</span></li><li><span>Align components using calipers, rulers etc. and clamp pieces</span></li><li><span>Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal, or overhead)</span></li><li><span>Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws</span></li><li><span>Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety</span></li><li><span>Advise management on needed actions</span></li><li><span>Maintain effective communication with the Weld Lead to achieve desired results</span></li><li><span>Operate heavy machinery and equipment, including overhead cranes and cutting torches</span></li><li><span>Follow U/L Guidelines</span></li><li><span>Keep a safe and clean work area</span></li><li><span>Responsibilities are not limited to this list</span></li></ul><div><span>&nbsp;</span></div><div><span><strong>JOB REQUIREMENTS&nbsp;</strong></span></div><ul type="disc"><li><span>2 years industry experience preferred</span></li><li><span>Must have MIG welding experience, certification a plus&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Must have forklift experience</span></li><li><span>Experience in using electrical or manual tools (saws, squares, calipers etc.)</span></li><li><span>Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Computer literacy&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Experience operating forklifts</span></li></ul><div><span>&nbsp;</span></div>]]></description>
